Fresh soft almond cookies from Liguria, baked according to the original recipe since 1860. A delightful cookie made with few, carefully selected ingredients such as apricot kernels, sugar, egg white, and honey, making the product naturally gluten free. These Amaretti cookies are delicious on their own or can be served alongside liqueurs, ice cream, and best of all, with coffee.
Soft amaretti with gianduia and milk chocolate (30%), decorated with caramelized hazelnuts (5%). Bakery product.
Ingredients: apricot kernels 32% – milk chocolate (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) – sugar – gianduiotto paste 11% (hazelnuts, milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar, cocoa mass, almonds, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavors) – egg white – caramelized hazelnuts (hazelnuts 50%, sugar, glucose syrup, color: caramel) – almonds 1% – preservative: potassium sorbate
May contain traces of: walnut, pistachio, wheat, sulfite.
