Prices and Payment
Prices in the store are shown including VAT unless you choose otherwise. At checkout, all information is detailed, including VAT, with the tax specified separately.
We reserve the right to change prices in circumstances beyond our control (for example, currency fluctuations, increased purchase or manufacturing costs, or increased VAT). In addition, we reserve the right to cancel orders where the item is obviously incorrectly priced.
Payment terms are specified at checkout and may vary depending on the payment method. Shipping terms follow the shipping option selected at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order in accordance with the Distance Selling Act when ordering from this webshop.
Warranties
All products you purchase come with a full warranty in accordance with applicable legislation.
Deliveries
Delivery methods, conditions, and times may vary. For example, a specially ordered item may take longer to deliver than an item that is in stock at the time of your order. The standard delivery time for our products is between 1-2 days.
In the event that the delivery of an item is delayed beyond the agreed-upon time or what can reasonably be considered the normal delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to quickly and easily investigate the cause of the delay.
We use PostNord for delivery to you. Delays may occur within their delivery schedules. We are not responsible for the delivery time once the package has been handed over to the shipping company. However, we are happy to assist in investigating the reason for any delay.
Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are not collected. We are also not responsible for unclaimed packages that are returned to us. Packages returned to us are shipped at your risk, and you will also be responsible for the shipping cost. Therefore, it is important that you collect your package, even if you have changed your mind about the purchase.
If you, as a customer, have missed collecting the package but still want the item, you will be responsible for the return cost as well as the shipping cost for the second shipment.
Disputes
We always strive for our customers to be satisfied with the products and services we provide. Therefore, it is our policy to first resolve any disagreements by agreeing on a solution that benefits both parties. If, despite our efforts, we are unable to reach an agreement, we recommend that you contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for an independent review. We follow ARN’s recommendations.
