Prices and Payment
Prices in the store are displayed including VAT, unless you choose otherwise. At checkout, all information is reported in detail, including VAT, with the tax specified separately.
We reserve the right to change prices in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations, increased purchasing or manufacturing costs or increased VAT). We also reserve the right to cancel orders where the item is clearly incorrectly priced.
Payment terms are stated at checkout and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Shipping terms follow the shipping option selected at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order according to the Distance Contracts Act when purchasing from this webshop.
Guarantee
All products you purchase come with a full warranty in accordance with current legislation.
Deliveries
Delivery methods, terms and times may vary. For example, a specially ordered item may take longer to deliver than an item that is in stock at the time of your order. The standard delivery time for our products is 1-2 days.
If the delivery of an item is delayed beyond the agreed time or what can reasonably be considered normal delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to quickly and easily investigate the cause of the delay.
We use PostNord for deliveries to you. Delays may occur within their delivery schedules. We are not responsible for the delivery time once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, but we will be happy to help investigate the cause of any delay.
Uncollected Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are not collected. We are also not responsible for unclaimed packages that are returned to us. Packages that are returned to us are sent at your risk and you are also responsible for the shipping cost. It is therefore important that you collect your package, even if you have regretted your purchase.
If you as a customer miss picking up the package but still want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost for the second shipment.
Disputes
We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services we offer. It is therefore our policy to first resolve any disagreements by agreeing on a solution that benefits both parties. If, despite our efforts, we are unable to reach an agreement, we recommend that you contact the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) for an independent review. We follow ARN's recommendations.
