Fresh soft almond biscuits from Liguria, baked according to the original recipe since 1860. A delicious cookie made with a few carefully selected ingredients such as apricot kernels, sugar, egg whites and honey, which makes the product naturally gluten and lactose free. These Amaretti cookies are delicious as they are or can be served with liqueurs, ice cream and, best of all, with coffee.

Soft Amaretti with hazelnuts and rum, dipped in dark chocolate and decorated with caramelized hazelnuts.

Ingredients: apricot kernels – dark chocolate 28% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy emulsifier, flavorings) – sugar – caramelized hazelnuts 18% (hazelnuts 50%, sugar) – egg white – rum 4% – preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of: walnut , pistachio , wheat , sulfur dioxide , milk .
