Fresh, soft almond biscuits from Liguria, baked according to the original recipe since 1860. A delicious cookie made with a few carefully selected ingredients such as apricot kernels, sugar, egg yolks and honey, which makes the product naturally gluten and lactose free. These Amaretti cookies are delicious as they are or can be served with liqueurs, ice cream and, best of all, with coffee.
