Fresh soft almond biscuits from Liguria, baked according to the original recipe since 1860. A delicious cookie made with a few carefully selected ingredients such as apricot kernels, sugar, egg whites and honey, which makes the product naturally gluten and lactose free. These Amaretti cookies are delicious as they are or can be served with liqueurs, ice cream and, best of all, with coffee.

Ingredients: apricot kernels 46%, sugar, fruit marmalade 17% (strawberries 43%, raspberries 42%, blueberries 42%, apricots 41%, peaches 41%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice concentrate, gelling agent: pectin, flavorings, sulfur dioxide), candied fruit 8% (glucose-fructose syrup, black cherries 36%, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavorings, coloring: anthocyanins, preservative: sulfur dioxide), egg white, almonds 1%, preservative: potassium sorbate.
